Season of ripeness: It starts to ripen during Autumn, but fruits can be produced in other seasons of the year too.
It usually starts to bloom during Spring time, but it can produce flowers in other seasons.
HOW TO USE IT
-In the Kitchen: For its aroma, it can be used in different ways.
Skin can be zested to enrich fish and meat flavours.
It can also be squeezed to marinate.
-Ornamental: It’s a great ornamental choice for its shape, and its colour.
According to our tests, in the Greenhouse, or in a covered area, it can resist to a temperature of -4°C.
This variety needs to be maintained like a normal Lemon.
