Processing and Shipping Times
From the moment the order is placed until it is shipped, it may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the time of year. We personally select the plants, assess their health, and ensure the highest possible quality. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.
Once shipped, packages typically take 2-3 business days to be delivered within Italy and 2-4 business days for shipments to EU countries.
Delays
If there are delays, don’t worry: the plants can withstand a few extra days in the package. We are always available to provide updates on the status of the shipment.
Availability and Plant Varieties
Since we personally select each plant, availability may vary depending on the season and the supply from nurseries. Some products may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or to arrange a postponement of the order.
Packaging and Damage During Shipping
The plants are shipped in special protective packaging. If the package arrives with visible damage or if the plants are dead, we will arrange to send a replacement, provided we receive clear photos documenting the damage.
Return and Refund Policy
We only accept returns if the plants arrived damaged or do not match the description on the website. In such cases, a return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, along with photos of the damage. Returns must be sent in the same condition as they were received, within their original packaging.
Prices and Payments
The prices of products are listed on the website and include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total order amount at checkout. Payments can be made via the payment methods available on our site, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
