Eremorange (Eremocitrus glauca x Citrus sinensis) is a particular australian citrus hybrid, between an australian limette and a sweet orange.
ORIGIN
It comes from Australia, where it grows wild in arid conditions.
PLANT
-Tree features: It’s a compact and spherical shaped plant. Branches are usually thorny.
-Leaves: Leaves are small, lanceolate and long in size.
FRUIT
-Shape: Fruit is usually small and round in shape
-Flavour: It tastes so aromatic. Skin is intense, and pulp contains little deep yellow vesicles.
-Colour: Light orange outside, depending on climate conditions.

SEASON OF RIPENESS
Season of ripeness: Eremorange Fruit matures early, from September to November according to climate conditions.
It usually starts to bloom during Spring. Flowers are so delicate and fragrant.
HOW TO USE IT
-In the Kitchen: This is a particular variety in tasting.
It’s been used to make marmalades, for its aromatic flavour. It can be used to aromatize fish and meat recipes too.
-Ornamental: It’s a beautiful ornamental variety, for its colour and its compactness.
